Property Sales

Our skilled client managers will assist you through every step of the purchase process. All Atlantic Trust colleagues have lived around the world and we are deeply passionate about everything that Brazil and Brazilian property can offer you. We understand the country, the region, its properties and their prices.

Everything starts with you, the client. We’ll just listen while you tell us the type of Brazilian property you are looking for, the purpose of your purchase (retirement, investment property, holiday home etc) and your budget. We will then be able to tell you which areas and types of properties are suitable for you. Importantly, we can advise you on how much you should realistically expect to pay.

Property Rentals

We manage many short and long-term rentals on behalf of our overseas clients. Our dedicated property rentals and management team will oversee every element of the process, from advertising your rental property through to vetting the tenants and carrying out formal inspections throughout the tenancy.

Our fees are transparent, fully inclusive with no hidden extras:

• Short-term rentals (1 month or less) – 20% of the rental contract value
• Medium-term rentals (2-6 months) – 15% of the rental contract value
• Long-term rentals (longer than 6 months) – 10% of the monthly rental

Generally, short and medium term rental tenants will expect the property to be furnished and the kitchen to be fully equipped. Linen and towels should also be provided. We would require a full inventory of the rental property. Should you not have an inventory, we would be happy to offer a quote to carry one out.
